St. Mary’s senior girls’ basketball team, which includes local players Doriana Homerski and April Coyne, finished off a great season by taking the bronze medal in the recent OFSAA Quad A championships held in Hamilton. St. Mary’s, entering the championships seeded fifth in Ontario, defeated London’s John Paul II 52-45 in the bronze medal game.
