Waterdown reading club surpasses three-goat goal NOT BAAAD:Casper the Friendly Goat checks the progress of local readers on the Carlisle Libary’s Goat-O-Meter, with Hamilton Public Library summer reading program co-ordinator Heather Olaveson and page Matt Siemon. Thanks to the Adopt a Village program, an African community received a goat for every 700 books reported.
