An Oakville woman was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for speeding and stunt driving after she was clocked going 55 km/h over the posted speed limit in Flamborough.

While conducting radar enforcement on the 5th Concession Road in Flamborough on Jan. 7 at approximately 3:15 p.m., a Hamilton Police Service officer witnessed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed.

The car, according to a release, entered the radar at 115 km/h. The posted speed limit along the 5th Concession Road is 60 km/hr.

The 50-year-old drive had her driver’s licence seized and vehicle towed.
