No one was injured after a 69-year-old Flamborough area man accidentally drove his Toyota Camry into the front façade of Flamborough Travel Plus in Cedar’s Plaza at 8:45 a.m. this morning (Thursday, Nov. 15).
Shattered glass was strewn throughout the small office and a hubcap lay on the floor. The two employees in the office at the time of the incident were in the rear of the building, as was the office dog.
Co-owner Shelly Hulzinga said employees planned to don winter coats and stay open for the remainder of the day.
A damage estimate is unknown at this time.
