Dear Editor,

On Sunday night (September 28) I dropped a load off at the local Goodwill Store. I was doing a favour for my brother-in-law who had some gently-used items he wanted to pass along.

Unfortunately, while unloading his stuff, I accidentally left a box with an almost-new Karaoke machine, two microphones and a bunch of discs that belonged to me, that I hadn’t gotten around to taking into the house.

When we realized what I had done, we raced back to the Goodwill but it was already gone. I assume that the next person who dropped off their load must have picked it up, thinking that no one wanted it.

If anyone knows what happened to our Karaoke machine and discs, we would really appreciate getting them back. I feel so bad for making such a bonehead mistake! Our daughter and I were looking forward to many hours of fun, singing and playing with the machine, and now I feel like I’ve really let her down.
