Carlisle golfer on par at Canadian Junior event

Carlisle golfer Ryan Decaire took top spot in a 22-player field in this week's Canadian Junior Golf Association event for boys ages 14-16, which was held at the Streetsville Glen Golf Club on Monday.

Decaire, who shot a 69 for a on the day, was followed by Conor MacDonald of Mississauga in second place with a . Kyle Beecker of Mississauga and Jayden Daniels of Burlington tied for third place, while Dundas's Tommy Anderson and Cameron Garon both shot a 76 to tie for fifth.
