The St. Mary Volleyball Program (MVP) and the Mountain Volleyball Club (MVC) are offering an instructional house league program for girls and boys in Grades 5 to 8 starting Sunday, January 6, 2013.

The sessions are slated to run from 9 to 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Secondary School in Hamilton.

Volleyball novices will spend an hour learning and developing basic skills followed by a one-hour playing session.

The program runs for 10 weeks.

Coaches are from the St. Mary and MVC volleyball community and are NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) certified.

Registration includes a T-shirt and volleyball. A maximum of 60 spaces are available.
