Burlington Blaze will offer a series of volleyball workshops for experienced and high-level male and female athletes this summer.

Under the direction of Matt Schnarr, Blaze technical director and coach of the OCAA Mohawk Mountaineers provincial silver medalists, with guest coaches from Ontario universities and colleges, including Joey Martins, of Niagara College, the athletes will take part in an intensive 10-hour session focused on setting, defence, serving and attacking skills. The session will run on a Friday evening and all-day Saturday.

Blaze continues to offer one-week summer camps for developmental players and for advanced athletes. It also offers a comprehensive beach volleyball program, including skill camps and house leagues for players new to beach and for players returning to beach volleyball this summer.

Additional information on the Blaze programs is available on the club’s web site,  www.burlingtonblaze.ca.
