Bowlers wrap up week with milestone

The Men's Industrial Tuesday Night League wrapped up another week of play on October 9, with a special milestone.

In addition to the high singles of the night from Taco Hanigan (351), Mike Dunkey (308) and Chris Zimmerman (299), Steven Haist bowled more than 100 points above his average, for a score of 239.

High triples for the week were bowled by Taco Hanigan (874), Chris Zimmerman (755), Henry Boesveld (754), Roy Daniels (703) and Mike Dunkey (698).

The standing after six weeks of play: Forty Creek Gutter Rats are in first place, with 24 points; Bust a Gutter is tied for second with The Stiffs, with 20 points; TGS is in fourth (19 points); Old Farts have 17 points for fifth place; Have Fun and Hank's Tanks are tied for sixth place, with 16 points; Team X-Treme is in eighth (14 points) and Barely Legal and Aches & Pains each have 13 points for a ninth-place tie.

The league plays every Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. and new bowlers are welcome.
