Food for thought

News Jul 26, 2007 Flamborough Review

The staff at the Waterdown Library would like to convey their thanks and appreciation to all the parents and children who attended our recent Reptile Man program. We collected more than two boxes of food items for the local food bank thanks to your generosity.

A reminder to everyone: our goal is to have read 2,100 books by August 23 in order for our sponsors to help purchase three goats for an impoverished village in Sierra Leone. We encourage everyone to join our summer reading program. Come in and see us.

Every Wednesday at 10:30 we have programs for children. No registration is necessary.
