On Friday, November 30, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Our Father's Farm will be hosting a free introductory session to healthy living at Kingsbridge School (2122 Dundas St, Burlington).

Special guest Deborah Parker, from Blood-Link Inc., will demonstrate a live blood cell analysis and guests can see first hand how the food they eat affects them. Workshops allow guests to learn about living holistically, where to shop for the right food, eating for disease prevention, hidden toxins in the home, and more. Further workshop dates include December 3, 10, and 17, and January 7, 14, and 21.
