On January 11, the Jr. Bulldogs won 6-3 against Niagara Falls. The game proved to be fast paced, well refereed and full of tight checking.

On January 14, the Bulldogs returned to the Niagara Peninsula for a matchup against Welland where they once again skated to a 6-3 win.

While the entire team played strongly over the span of the two games, four Flamborough boys (Michael Templeton, Gerard Roy, Jonathan Lawson and Liam Stevens) were key contributors in the wins.

Stevens's speed and unrelenting drive netted him one goal and three assists. Roy scored a goal top shelf over the goalie's glove and added an assist. Templeton gave a solid two-way performance at both ends of the rink while Lawson demonstrated his gritty defensive style in front of the net, drawing penalties from the opponents that enabled the Bulldogs to capitalize.
