The Halton Hurricanes Minor Peewee squad have been busy racking up points throughout December, coming out of a five-game stretch with four wins and one tie.

Up against Oakville, Halton dominated and came away with a 9-0 shutout.

Mark Jankowski scored three of the Hurricanes' goals, Bryson Niclucci was good for two and Brendan Carroll, Dante Filice, Erik Bradford and Brennan de Langley scored one apiece.

Carroll, Filice, Bradford, de Langley, Matteo Condotta, Robby Homewood and Mitchell Mehling had an assist each, while Brandon Clelland assisted on three goals and Michael Nicolucci added two helpers.

In a low-scoring match against Burlington, both teams came out even, 1-1. The Hurricanes marker was scored by de Langley, on an assist from Bradford.

Halton was back in scoring form against Welland, winning the game, 9-2.

Three of the Hurricanes' markers were scored by de Langley, who also nabbed an assist. Michael Nicolucci had two goals and two assists, Zachary Fung scored once and assisted twice, Bradford scored once and had two assists, and Filice scored once.

Rounding out the points were Jankowski, with one marker, Tom Byckowski, with four assists, Bryson Nicolucci with two assists and Mehling, Brenden Miller and Condotta with one assist apiece.

Up against Grey Bruce, Halton won 5-1. Goals were scored by de Langley (two), Byckowski (two) and Zachary Fung. Fung also got four helpers while Carroll and Bradford had an assist.

Halton topped Brampton 3-0. Goal scorers for the Hurricanes were de Langley, Bryson Nicolucci and Byckowski. Assists went to de Langley, Bryson Nicolucci, Carroll and Fung.
