Tykes win 7-1

The Flamborough Tyke AA Sabres faced the Georgetown Raiders recently, pillaging the home team en route to a 7-1 victory.

Charlie Smith opened the scoring in the first on a nice individual effort, his first of two that day.

Diligent work in the opposition end by Jonathan Brown, Mats Nixon and Liam O’Dell finally paid off with Brown scoring, assisted by Nixon and O’Dell. Tyler Schaap (two), Riley Zimmerman and Ben Durham (one each) rounded out the scoring for the Sabres.   

Tyler Mullholland had a very strong game, finishing with two assists. Paige Whaley, Jerrod Yates, Dylan MacDonald, Zimmerman and Schaap also had helpers in the win.
