Live federal election coverage tonight

Flamborough residents will get all the information on their federal

candidates tonight, as the polls close and the numbers start to roll in for

Canada’s 41st General election.

Review reporter Dianne Cornish will be checking in with NDP

candidate Nancy MacBain’s campaign team in Westdale starting at 9 p.m., while

Catherine O’Hara will meet up with Peter Ormond and several other Green

candidates in downtown Hamilton before heading over to check in with Liberal

Dave Braden’s Dundas campaign office. Hamilton Community News reporter Mike

Pearson will be in Ancaster with the campaign team for incumbent David Sweet

and freelance photographer Daniel Ho will be keeping tabs on all the action as

he snaps photos for this week’s publication.

All will be calling in, posting and providing Twitter

updates to keep local voters up to date.

Polls close at 10 p.m. A story announcing the evening’s

winning candidate will appear as soon as the results are available.
