Hamilton Community News reporter Mike Pearson reports a somber mood at the Dundas campaign office of Liberal candidate Dave Braden.

 As preliminary results started to come in just after 10 p.m., volunteers turned quiet as incumbent Conservative MP David Sweet pulled ahead with a 2:1 ratio.

After looking at the first couple of polls, the workers' hopes were quickly focused on not seeing a Conservative majority.
