A rainfall warning has been cancelled for Burlington and Hamilton, but if you plan to go out tonight you may still want to bring an umbrella.

Environment Canada cancelled a rainfall warning at 3:17 p.m. that was issued early Sunday.

The government agency is forecasting possible thunderstorms beginning late Sunday evening and showers continuing to Monday afternoon.

The storm is expected to impact areas north of Hamilton and Burlington, dumping as much as 50 mm of rain on Guelph, Kitchener and Caledon.
