Jim Duschl from Waterdown’s REMAX location is hoping to six pieces of art to the artist who painted them.

The pieces had hung on consignment at the former Allure Kitchens at 427 Dundas St. E.

But after the business closed suddenly around Christmas, the pieces were left behind. The premises have been rented by a new tenant, so Duschl is holding the art at the REMAX office located at the same address.

Duschl noted he has been unable to find any identifying marks on the paintings to determine who they might belong to.

The artist, or anyone with information about the painting is invited to call Duschl at the Waterdown REMAX location from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9 a.m., to 5 p.m. The office can be reached at 905-689-1717.
