BURLINGTON — Four people have been charged following a Burlington drug bust on Wednesday.

The drugs were valued at more than $6,500.

Halton police say they found 40 grams of cocaine, nine grams of marijuana, seven grams of psilocybin, seven grams of liquid THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), 99 THC pills, 10.2 milligrams of Fentanyl, one knife, two swords and $1,230 in cash after executing a search warrant at a Burlington residence on April 6.

Police have charged Christopher Hancock, 29, of Burlington with trafficking a controlled substance (cocaine), two counts of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking, six counts of possession of controlled substances, breach of recognizance, and failure to comply with probation.

Jeremy Rodney, 27, of Dundalk was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) under 30 grams, possession of a prohibited weapon, and possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order.

A 22- and a 23-year-old from Oakville were released on a promise to appear in court.
