Kindness is still alive and strong, locally

Opinion Feb 07, 2013 Flamborough Review

I would like to take a few moments to speak about kindness.

One day, I was about to fill my car with gas, when a gentleman came to me and said, “You sit in the car, it’s cold out here, I’ll fill your tank.” And he did. I said, “Do you work here?” He said, “No.” I thanked him.

Another day, I was parked in a very crowded parking lot, on a very snowy day. When I proceeded to leave, I needed to brush the snow from my car.

A very kind man said, “I’ll do that for you and help you get out.” He did.

God bless people who are so helpful and caring.
