It is getting warmer outside and the Strabane Women’s Institute would like to thank everyone who knitted blocks that we put together. The blankets were delivered to the Salvation Army to be handed out to those who need them. They were appreciated by the many people who received them during these cold months.
We have many people to thank: those who donate wool, the knitters, the assemblers, and the drivers who deliver the blankets. This is a team effort of many people, and we thank you all.
