Silver lining for Dundas Dynamos

Sports Feb 06, 2013 Flamborough Review

The Dundas Dynamo U14 team recently competed in the 18th Annual Ancaster Magic Tournament.

Throughout the tourney, the girls won three games and only suffered one defeat before advancing to the gold medal game.

In the finals, the Dynamos, which includes local athletes, played tough against a highly-ranked London CYO team, but fell short to win the silver medal. Despite the loss, the squad’s coaches were proud of the team and the players’ efforts.

Next, the team is slated to travel to York, where they’ll compete in an upcoming tournament.
